I was in Sicily 8 years ago to advance the G7. While walking around the AF base I inquired why there is an emergency operations center. Went to the hotel to research actions for volcano eruption. A few days later we were hiking this exact place. Luckily it was a “quiet” trip.

Great they can hire people but this will not replace the institutional knowledge that left. It takes months to complete the hiring and training. Last time I checked severe weather doesn’t sit by while this happens.

Oh my goodness listened to the entire show with Scott. We can agree that immigrants that broke the law should be deported but using a WW2 "rule" that someone did not register as why they are criminals is not a good excuse. So many issues discussed on here. Great job Tara on making him own it.

Currently binge watching West Wing for the who knows how many times. Watching now I am thinking the current Administration is using this as their playbook. From tariffs, education, India-Pakistan conflict, Mifepristone, fights on artifacts at Smithsonian’s, etc. I wish we had President Bartlet now!
