You forgot they are losing the people who pick their vegetables and work on the slaughter houses. Now they can have all those jobs - wait they won’t do them! Higher prices coming when there is no one to do the work

Don’t forget the “DOGE” kids got access to Treasury with little resistance. We know there are MAGA friendly people in every swing state and no one would be looking for big balls at that point.

How much will the latest ego booster cost the US? Where is the money coming from? Did Congress approve it? If yes then every one of them needs to be fired. Someone let Elmo know the latest spending spree.

If you are doing your job legally and are really law enforcement then you don’t need to hide. They should be able to protect themselves from these so called “activists.” People are not happy and standing up now!

And we used to think Ross was disconnected. Why would NWS need to hire 125 meteorologists if they are fully staffed? Between the disinformation on tariffs to the staffing cuts across NOAA, Secretary Lutnick will go down as one of the worst Commerce Secretaries.

President told gave him his divorce papers like he is presenting an EO for signature.

I wonder if this is all a distraction from the ICE raids, firing federal employee and stealing our data?

Waiting on one of his tirade to admit he has someone “tinker” with the systems to ensure he won. If he gained access to treasury systems why not other ones.

Watch closely Duffy and Acting FAA to talk about how bad things are at ATC so they can push through new work without the formal solicitation process. Follow the money

It is time for all of us to read it and contact your elected officials to ask them pointed questions. Congress has staff to analyze legislation so no excuse. I used to analyze legislation for my state agency in FL. It paid off 2 years ago with car dealer tried to say I broke the law!

When reporter asked about who signed order to send people to El Salvador he knew nothing of the order. Considering it was done in the dark of night I would bet money they used the auto pen to sign it! Be careful what you ask for!

Thank you for the enlightening articles. I am working on an Op-Ed to highlight the cuts to NOAA and FEMA at a time we need these agencies. People don’t realize it isn’t just the NWS cuts but the program cuts to other parts of NOAA too.

While Def Sec is removing names he doesn’t like, DHS is appointing a 22 year old on homegrown terrorism, and FBI is shutting down units to fight terrorism - the actual threats are one drone attack away from what Ukraine did to Russia. We should not be so arrogant to think it couldn’t happen here

Did you see the movie last summer called Civil War? This is exactly what was portrayed in the movie.

The group in attendance will accomplish more without the US there complaining they are not wearing a suit and don’t have the right hand of cards!

Flagged to watch all of it tomorrow. I reached out to you last fall on X - you mistakenly called me in 2017 and freaked me out with “news” that wasn’t about me. I’ve followed you since.

As a former GWB Admin alumni I had a lot of respect for Scott until last Fall. Not sure when he took on the MAGA mantel but he no longer speaks for all Bush Republicans. As a Republican I can be upset with deporting people under suspicious reasons and not be for keeping criminals in the country.

Interesting the low chief has said it is too early to call it a terrorist attack. The language from the FBI creates panic and fear. We should wait until more information is known.

SM posts this information rile up the MAGA base to go after these judges. There is a real threat against our judicial system that could have dire consequences.

I feel like we are living in Sep 10, 2001 with no warning about the next morning. Except this time we should know what is coming and firing those who will be there to respond.

I suspect reality set in when the G7 leaders didn’t fall at his feet this week in Canada. No agreement on trade and Greenland signs one in minerals with the EU. Trade agreements normally take years not weeks.

He relies on the back channels from his “real” intelligence agencies just a few thousand miles east where they might speak another language!

What does America have to do to convince Pope Leo to come back and run for President? He will win in a landslide! After he puts the country back on track he can go back to being Pope!

I saw a story in USA Today of a barber from Longview Tx was deported to CECOT because the Tx gang unit has the wrong picture. I grew up 20 miles from Longview. This one hits close to home!

And then he called Peter Alexander a as reporter and a jerk. Class act in the Oval Office again today.

And he wants to question who was making decisions in the Biden WH. Either Trump is not listening to staff - which is common - or they are actually using the auto pen for these things.

President Trump going after Peter Alexander in the Oval Office during the meeting with the South African President ranks pretty high on stupidity.

How about spend the money to rehire all the cyber employees and fund the programs that DOGE and Musk fired this year. We are more likely to be attacked by China through cyber than a missile hitting the US!

She was on a roll today. Listened to the FEMA Review Council kick off call this afternoon. She clearly did not understand how FEMA operates and thinks we should change the name! Meanwhile people lost their lives and property this weekend where is the assistance they promised during Helene?

I lived through this in 2018 and 2019 the first time Trump tries to sell sell off spectrum. I was NOAA political deputy CoS and pushed back because it would take weather models back to the 1980s. Now we know he doesn’t care about accurate weather forecasts

The biggest difference between the successful first term and the disastrous first 150 days? The adults with actual experience and a backbone are not in the room this time. The actual wins will be minimal this time around.

Zelensky is a better man than anyone in our leadership. Vance should be banned from representing us after the way he spoke to President Zelensky in the Oval

Someone on CNN needs to ask Scott Jennings how he will handle this when he is the next Senator? Put him on record for when he announces his run to replace McConnell!

Sounds familiar- you have all the branches of the Legislative branch and can’t pass a bill for his crazy ideas. So he uses EOs which will be reversed ln Jan 21, 2029 nun the next sane President

Someone should be asking what is FEMA doing today to support the communities devastated overnight? As many people were killed in the last 24 hours as in a hurricane.
