The important question now is how much will it cost and how long will it take to fix the damage that these fools and grifters are doing. I fear it will be decades if we are lucky and some things may never be put back together.

All medical imaging providers are required to release reports and images to the patients. However there is an allowed lag time to allow the ordering provider to review and go over the report/images with you before hand. That is why you can, depending on the portal, see the images before the report.
