It's clear that after initially admitting that he was deported in error, the whole (Mis)Administration got behind this bogus story of how Abrego Garcia was an evil dangerous gangster and then manufactured the flimsiest evidence to support their pre-formed conclusion.

Was this article perhaps researched and written by AI?

"Balaclava", not "baklava" - I don't think they're wearing layered pastries made with chopped nuts and honey in phyllo dough πŸ˜‰

I foresee a lot of people resigning from the Guard - pretty sure most of them didn't sign up to be prison camp guards.

I recoil whenever I see, hear, think about or am reminded of Stephen Miller. He's a vile monster inexpertly cosplaying as a human being.

It really does look too perfect, like one of those fabulous miniatures my housemate keeps showing me from her feed.

About 6 months or so.

He's only showing up to announce some awful new US policy that will disrupt the rest of the world and keep him in the headlines. I swear, if people and the media just stopped talking about this asshole 24/7 he'd dry up and blow away.

πŸ˜‚ I don't know about Reagan, but Lincoln would bitch-slap that orange asshole.

No, I said it was sad, but that I wasn't outraged. The October 7 attacks appalled and outraged me; the systematic destruction of hospitals, schools, homes and infrastructure and use of bombing and starvation against civilians in Gaza outrages me; these murders are sad & stupid make me feel weary.

I never said it was acceptable to kill anyone on the streets of anybody's hometown.

Let me be clear: I do not advocate for nor support violence or terrorism, but the government of Israel is engaged in a campaign of ethnic cleansing, and OUR government supports that wholeheartedly. I am weary of being called antisemitic for criticizing a government's war on children.

I expect the shooter was more focused on "working for the Israeli government" than on any individual's ethnicity or religion.
comment in response to post
Sad for these kids, but I can't work up much outrage.

No need for him to go alone. I wonder how many of his fawning sycophants and incubators he can fit into one of his Starships?

It shouldn't be that way. Am I misremembering, or did Biden present himself in 2020 as a transitional candidate who was only planning to serve one term? The "Old Guard" in the Democratic Party has got to start grooming the next generation of leaders, or we're screwed.

And all the fascist "thinkers" at the Heritage Foundation, too.

Also, ending every post with "Thank you for your attention to this matter" is the Karen-est thing a Karen would write to "management". It's a pathetic cry for attention.

Trump does not do logic, apparently.

Won't get Chauvin released, he was also convicted of state crimes that the Mango Mussolini has no power to pardon.

That you equate Biden tripping and falling to Trump saluting foreign military and oh, yeah, his blatant graft and corruption tells me a lot about you.
comment in response to post
Sorry, my bad, I usually refer to it as the "Trump Misadministration".

I don't hate the country but I damn sure hate this administration, and the people who support it aren't exactly on my Christmas card list either.

The GOP is panicking - there are ads all over broadcast TV about how things under this Misadministration are so much better, how gas and groceries are cheaper than ever, how Americans are safe and free πŸ™„... utter bullshit, but if they keep repeating it enough low-info voters will believe it.

Spoiler alert: with Republicans in charge, the nation will never be able to afford it, while tax breaks for the ultra-rich will always be "affordable".

Yes, you were taxed on your earnings and under the current tax code, you get to pay taxes on your SS benefits when you receive them, too.

Good! I kept confusing it with Cinemax, which is a different service although it's all part of the same monster media conglomerate.

Or the fact that they'll essentially have to gut it to assure no electronic surveillance or tracking devices have been planted, and that it will probably take several years or more to retrofit, or that the existing Boeing contract for 2X VC-25B's would be cheaper and delivered sooner.

It's part of the Heritage Foundation's plan to make the USA a White (Nationalist) Homeland.

β€œHaving an invocation is a time-honored tradition of our country,” Freeman stated during the debate. There are a LOT of "time-honored traditions" in this nation that should never see the light of day again - including the tradition of inflicting prayer on the unwilling.

Also a distraction from his (and his family's) constant grifting, with foreign development deals, crypto cons, and pay-for-play "clubs" that promise access and actions for the low, low price of $500K.
