I continue to advocate for a law that mandates DNA collection for every male residing or visiting the US. Begin at birth, require for entrance to school, military, college, seminary, workplace, continue up to the death bed. FBI already maintains a criminal DNA database.

But in the wrong state, no abortion. Restitution is a legal concept, except for impregnated women. They cannot claim restitution is an abortion. Men can claim restitution for just about any offense, in the form of cash.

No woman has self-induced her own pregnancy. The necessary component for pregnancy is male sperm. Men are found guilty of crimes based on fingerprints or DNA from other crime scenes. But not if that DNA is extracted from a fetus. Zero liability, unless it’s sexual assault.

Back awhile I flew into MiamiX from Argentina. In 1st class were several women, each with a variation of a fur coat. They paid for everything duty free in cash. Pregnant? Maybe. Post dirty war, Argentines used every familial connection so their kids would have multiple passports.
