I think the kicker with christo-fascists is that even before the Southern Strategy the Christian ecclesia have already been long at work making their community as terrible as possible, so they were literally primed for it

What? The combat is snappier? The combat in Persona 4 Golden is perfectly fine and aged well, it's not like Persona 3 which had terrible AI-only party members, or P2/P1 which are archaic as hell
