Don’t be silly, he’s attending a diplomatic event. I think most Australians understand why a leader attends events like this.

I think one of the main reasons is he’s attending the inauguration of a leader of an independent nation where many if not most other leaders of nations are also attending. If Dutton had won a fortnight ago he would be there as well.

I’m one of those odd Australians who actually like sarsaparilla. Try it one day with a shot of bourbon.

ā€˜Still counting while packing the car at Dan Murphy’s’ That’s two case of VB, a bottle of tequila, one scotch, pink gin for Jane, a couple of goon bags for Prue, and a bottle of Passion Pop for the hubby.

Most of the world’s leaders attend events such as this and many diplomatic meetings happen. This is important for our leader to attend. If he didn’t, the conservative media would say it’s a snub.

It seems the majority of Australians preferred to put the LNP in the bin.

I suffer from a condition where I metabolised electrolytes faster than the average population. I’ve had to supplement my sodium & potassium intake for over 35 years. This leads to chronic low blood pressure. The medical advice is ā€œchose salty food & add saltā€. I also drink lots of sports drinks.

I grew up in a violent household. I remember being fearful my father would kill my mother from about age five onwards until I finally left home at seventeen. It was a brutal way to grow up. I still suffer from anxiety to this day, now aged 70.

How preferences got the government the electorate preferred? There, fixed the headline.

And allowed to continue looking after his kids. Will they grow up resenting the man who killed their mother?

How long ago was American beef infected with mad cow disease? This is the reason Australia won’t touch it.

I’m guessing she preferred to listen to Angus ā€˜well done’ Taylor at the NPC! I hope the empty chair had some good talking points.

When they tell you what they will do, believe them. Otherwise we’ll end up with #TemuTrump.

Conservatives only like free speech if you agree with them, if you don’t, it’s a ā€˜pile on’.

Where did you buy it? Coles, Woolies or somewhere more exotic?

Or Canadian. I like gin as well. Australia has lots of good domestic gins.

Could also work as a base in stir fry noodles.

In savoury cooking, sweetness can be offset with salty/umami/sour. Soy sauce & lime, the perfect offset. I’m thinking lots a garlic, onions, ground cumin & pepper/chilli, I would love to try it with chicken skewers. It might not work but I think it’s a worthy experiment.

Jane, I’m despairing. I’m nearly 70 now, as my teenage rebellion, I drank American whiskey in front of my Scottish father. Now I have to decide on a new spirit of choice, after 50 years as a bourbon drinker, this is going to be tough.

Not the men I hang out with. I wonder what motivates such men. Are they also the kind of blokes that follow Andrew Tate?
