Yeah, we had a ‘film club’ and one of the teachers would somehow source a print of something vaguely recent every few months. I most vividly remember seeing Young Frankenstein, its aesthetic was a good match for the technology.

And the sheer *effort* just to watch one. Wheeling in an 8 or 16 mm projector, looping the film, setting up a screen, syncing the audio tape, closing the curtains, and only then can you watch it.

Here we have a matricule which is three of those as they are permanent. The passport and driving licence are distinct as they have limited validity so must be unique and reissuable, but they are of course linked.
