I got The Dracula Tape (1975) on inter-library loan after someone (I don't know) recced for me based on my stated reading tastes.
I was curious, but I expected it to be. . . Well. I mean. But! It's been kind of delightful thus far, in a silly and very interacts-with-the-original-text way! #booksky

I generally hear it with the same sound to the "cos" from "costume" (whatever sound that might be in the accent of the speaker). π€

I'm currently reading Stuff You Should Know, which is *shrugs* interesting; it's very much Podcaster Dude Tone ('neutral', not 'eurgh') as one might expect.
Planning to livechat the next in a terrible novella series I've been going through that way to friends later but I won't call that one out.

Crab, or even imitation ~krab~; so blegh. Also basically every kind of nuts (a few are tolerable when combined with chocolate).

Fandom is a community - engage with people! (And not like "tracking clicks of engagement" marketing style, as in "we're all people who enjoy a thing(s)".)
Keep your hate/bitching (whether it's of a fandom, ship, or work) to private DMs with your friends; be positive or be quiet in public spaces.

Finishing (I'd better! it has to go back to the library today) Kimono: Kyoto to Catwalk. It's fascinating and beautiful but very large (it's five pounds) and I had to put it aside for several reasons while I was sick recently, only just been getting back to it. ^^; #booksky

The number of things I'll watch because they're available to stream and I'm trying to focus on a project and need a semi-distraction in the background. . .
Most of which are wayyy different from something I would directly pay money for, much less movie ticket prices and going out in public.

I hope you have a nice restful day!
Similar plans here; had a nice breakfast and currently lingering over tea and a movie before I go to bed.

Ooh, adding some things to my own TBR now. . . π
One of my favourite reads this year was a F/NB romance, Single Player (Tara Tai), (despite contemporary not being my thing usually, in fact).

Neat! I've actually never had an opportunity to read it; I'm curious!

π« I'm watching a favourite uplifting movie now, before I take the cats and go to (hopefully) sleep. Can only make things better all around.

I'm excited - I don't like having maybe ten+ books filling my current reads when I'm only reading, say, five, and waiting to get back to the rest - but I don't want to say they're unread or DNF either!
I paused (backdated!) two immediately; one's a novel I need to get back from inter-library loan.
