nope, you could fast travel to any marker as soon as you hit the sewer exit. the downside was time lost, you could get there faster by doing it manually but only arena and daggerfall implemented strict timed quests, so it was basically free skipping

TBF the first people on planes were rich and/or famous. it makes sense the evolution of air travel would be the same way at first. idk if blue origin does it but most rocket fuel is green (unless its hydrazine)

i get that, though the launcher for the demo on steam allows you to start offline, i havent used it yet but i assume the full release will have an offline mode since there are already bots for the pvp mode. you might be able to try it with the demo too
