it feels dumb to say (even though I know it isn’t) but many of the themes of grieving this past season I think helped me a lot more than I expected. As terrible as the loss feels, I don’t think I’d ever been better equipped to process it in a healthy way & not be crushed in the process 🫂 shared hugs
