The plan is to "incentivise" landlords. The incentive is even higher rent. This is spun as reasonable because it won't apply to existing tenancies, just new ones. This means nothing because no fault eviction allows a landlord to evict for no reason and re-rent to get more. www.rte.ie/news/2025/06...
