LongCovid und Depression hängen schon zusammen.
Mit leichtem ME/CFS und damit verminderter körperl. Leistungsfähigkeit, schlechter Regenerationsfähigkeit, treten zunehmend Probleme mit der an sich gestellten Aufgabenerledigung auf.
Man funktioniert 70% und macht 85%.

Das ganze ist relativ überschaubar, ich kann meinen Strom einkaufen, wie ich will, und bin nicht mit festen Verträgen gebunden. Wer weiß, wie sich der Strommarkt innerhalb von 6 Jahren entwickelt?

Der Preis ist deutlich zu hoch.
Ich überlege gelegentlich so ein System anzuschaffen.
Ein AC/AC-Speicher mit 5 kWh kostet 1600 Øre.
Das ganze mit HomeAssistant und (oder nur) EVCC geregelt kostet gar nichts (vielleicht einmalig 200€).
Den Strom habe ich von Tibber, also Börsenstrompreis.
