I recently hired a graphic novel editor / childrens book professional for writing reasons, but I asked if one of our sessions could be portfolio advice. I don't regret it, they had good and specific advice from the perspective of the industry.

Yeah. I'm relieved, but also have this gut-wrenching feeling that we've just kicked the can down the line a little. 41% of voters didn't flinch at what, to me, feels completely unacceptable

How do you find the transition? I'm 20 years in on Adobe and the muscle memory is tough to crack.

Right? Also investment! I thought to myself, oh I could maybe make some content... Except it looks awful because I'm not investing in good camera / lighting / tripod /space etc

What about just Rogue One but three times? I feel like that might be my go-to Star Wars experience

I swear nobody ever intentionally clicks on Bridge, it just jumps out

I really enjoy the like, quiet existential otherness that Murderbot has. It's humourous that they consume lots of media but also it's clearly for coping. After enjoying Severance's "Who Are You" themes, I feel like this could fall right into that. But I haven't watched any yet, just the trailer

Oh no I definitely have that problem too! I've been keeping everything in dated folders, but the issues arise when I have like, social media posts or new versions of print files... then it feels scattered. Someone told me Adobe Bridge was actually decent (I've only ever opened it accidentally)

I dont know what to think. I was so surprised that the trailer marketed it as like, a comedy?
