What’s the repercussions if you just stop paying. Are they all secured against things like the car? The more I read the more America feels like a hellscape especially with employment rights. Sneak into Ospreays suitcase the Uk isn’t great but you are treated better when working with sick pay

I think I’ve mentioned this before and not sure how it works in the us but is bankruptcy or a formal debt consolidation plan available. We have something called an IVA here which takes control of debts and sets a monthly amount you can legit afford

I’m a wfh associate at a law firm, I am this because of disability & I’d say I work harder than I would if I was forced into the office environment. I can manage interpersonal relations better as teams gives us the benefit of not being instantly available & I wouldn’t say there is any detriment
