They explicitly say you can do a "One character with multiple assists" style but I don't really know what that MEANS
Like if the leader gets more HP? Heals after KOs? Doesn't seem much different than playing Point with everyone in most games. They really need more information out there

This game is aggressively in "needs more information" because I'm really not sold on it.
This style of game fries my brain FAST and with how fighting games are being made these days I'm half expecting a dozen annoying "boomer check" mechanics
But I'm glad people finally have a new one.

For all we know Capcom could have been approached and said no to focus on SF6
Arksys also has a very specific game feel and ASW opened the floodgates for rollback, so they were likely the next best option for Marvel and decided on Marvel-only characters from there

Because despite visuals and roster, it's one of the best-playing and most player-expressive games in the series and had solid netcode for the time, earliest example of rollback in a Japanese fighting game
With Capcom getting the rights to re-sell old MVC games, I doubt there's serious bad blood

Infinite was made when the MCU was at its all-time peak and Disney basically wanted them to make it an MCU-focused game
No X-Men, yet more Marvel characters after DLC
Capcom didn't make the best-looking game but I HIGHLY doubt the roster (which people actually cared about) was ALL their fault
