I wrote up a 7 page script, went through 5 large iterations with feedback from TEDx, and then did 10+ small edits over 7 months. I practiced the talk (walking, in mirror, to friends) end to end 54 times, a dozen with a 1:1 speaker coach, then ripped up the talk and did it with vibes on stage day of.
