That can't be derived from this very partial data source. It, as a minimum, needs extra data of reports each month. All this shows is the proportions of the police actions. Actual quality of driving is not shown as a reason for NFA is also that the police were too slow to review and prosecute.

Just like I stopped buying Kingsmill baked goods, although Tesco is locally to me seems to only stock them as a brand, I won't be buying another Dyson product, they're so expensive anyway.

Friday evening I was behind a car in Colchester town centre which didn't have its lights on. Surely the dark dashboard should have highlighted that not needing other drivers flashing their lights. People are strange.
