What does "The entire corpus of human knowledge" even mean? Is that like the textbook to the "Intro to Civilization" you took on college?

And the craziest part is that he did it...in a random house!

How does he manage to make the Hillary's emails "controversy" sound quaint in comparison?

Do you think Dinesh ever realizes the irony of what he posts?

And these were just sharing clips of what RFK Jr. and Johnson said, right?

Marketing initially focuses on awareness and recognition. If you think things are terrible and all you watch is Fox News, then there's work that has to be done just to label the problem.

I looked this up to see if it's real, and apparently it is, and the photo of the team looks like the exact one that's used on an episode of "Dateline."

I admit that I went to Mother Jones to look at the article because I thought there was *no way* he actually said that. I was wrong.

Conditional sympathy (i.e., I will say sorry if you also say sorry in exchange for something absolutely unrelated) may be the most toxic political product produced in the last few years.

I thought the EO was to rise over the Gulf of America and set over the Trump Greenland Resort. I gotta stay up with the news.

Is that before or after signing the Executive Order that makes murder illegal?

I was Susan Collins-level concerned that those are the standards. I'm not sure if I can finish my morning nourishment as a result.

The government offering anything except constitutionally guaranteed due process is unacceptable.

Absolutely. Stability and clear standards that can be externally verified are exceedingly rare from a global perspective. It took decades for them to be established and, if lost, would take decades to get back.

I was just about to say that this is why it's always suggested to send cash.

My immediate thought was to Chuck Schumer who said (essentially) that it would be a big deal if the Trump admin defied SCOTUS.

In fairness, if his plan is to join the gerontocracy that is Congress for the rest of his working career, then being in your 60s is just a warm up.

I tend to hold off from reading others in the series right away. If I'm really eager to read something I *think* will be good, then I'll go back. Otherwise, I let my mood decide.

Between the beer and not really being able to see, I feel like that would make the book even more interesting. I'm wearing glasses and thought you were reading 'The Great Morality.' 🫠

I wonder how that would go as a commander.

But have you tried that to see if it works?

Banning these words means you can't talk about them in the context in which others use them, right?

When I was a kid I prayed to have the confidence of someone who "knows" grammar rules (but in reality does not) and *must* correct every "wrong" instance they find.

Given that there's efforts to slash gov spending and taxes and our econ is not made the same way as Post-WWII, the argument just seems bonkers. #econ #economy

Amazon always emphasized "buying," not borrowing. There was an implicit but frustrating understanding that things could change with Netflix but that wasn't the case with Amazon. Plus, given the political climate, I don't think it would surprise for books to "disappear."
