Russell Vought - head of Budget Office said mid-2024 they had 100s of Project 2025 EOs ready. The 3/11/25 EO looks 2 b first to restrict lawsuits. They suppress initiatian, not just contempt. It creates a class distinction prohibiting cases - retroactively. Applies when enacted.

This funding is my sole source of income (as per my agreement with NSF, you are not allowed to take on other work). Additionally, because I am paid directly by the NSF, my university does not consider me to be an employee so I don’t have the same protections as other employed postdocs.
