I understand your concern. The minority in the House can do absolutely nothing to stop this bill from passing if the GOP sticks together, which they will. I do not think 7 Democrat Senators could or would be hoodwinked into supporting a bill giving Trump more power and themselves less.

That is your right to and I won't hold that against you. Everyone on this platform has the right to express what they think and feel and it's never about agreement or consensus. The only thing not allowed on this platform is disinformation, misinformation, pathological lying, and gaslighting.

Remember, anything not included as part of the reconciliation bill that goes to the Senate must pass with 60 votes or the support of 7 Democrat Senators. I don't see that happening. What happens in the House is meaningless if they don't think they can pass the 60 vote threshold.

Neither has any other President. Official US Stance: . The US government has never issued an apology for the use of atomic weapons. I personally think this is regrettable, but I don't blame Obama for not issuing it.

That will be a problem for them in the 2028 election. In the meantime, he will make stupid and uninformed decisions based on his lack of intelligent briefings. He may delegate out stuff that is hard for him to understand to his senior advisors and just go with what they say he should do.

Intelligent briefings are a mandatory part of the Presidents job. If he doesn't want to be briefed then he should resign his position.

I didn't know that. I bet they are also better at screening out potentially racial or religiously biased candidates or those who have an inclination to respond with violence.

How about advocating for regime change in North Koreas or China? He only picks on Iran because he believes there can be more success in accomplishing that idea.

My point is that often the politicians who make these stupid comments really believe they know what is best for other countries without considering that politicians from those other countries might feel the same way about us. I would love to see Senator Lankford talk about regime change in Russia or

International law generally prohibits political assassinations Such acts are typically considered violations of both international humanitarian law (which governs conduct during armed conflict) and human rights law (which protects fundamental rights, including the right to life).

The problem with this, of course, is that they are both so unqualified, it doesn't matter who you really believe is telling the truth about this. Unfortunately for Tulsi, she is always going to get the short end of the stick on this, and people will just take Trump's words as truth.

Why are the majority of Law Enforcement officers jerks? Do they go to school to practice effective ways on how to mistreat the public? These videos are proof positive why so many individuals want to defund the police.

I would rather not be right about this and wish for a time where both parties would act with decency and integrity instead of only one.

Accountability in any Republican administration has not nor will ever be a consideration in the decision making process. They have been doing this since the Nixon era.

What you are seeing is nothing new under this current iteration of trump's corrupt and illegal administration behaviors. Like everything that will be done by incompetent department heads, do not expect any accountability or criminal charges.

That decision would be reversed instantly in a court of law, and not even this backwards conservative majority on the Supreme Court could find anything in the Constitution that would allow for a discrimination of medical services based on party affiliation.

@deanobeidallah.bsky.social Is there any world out there where you believe any of the people you would like to see put on trial for crimes against humanity that won't be given a Presidential pardon for decisions made by a Federal officers?

Be careful what you wish for. Iran is an ancient civilization known for holding grudges for a long time. If Israel and the United States believe they have the upper hand forever in this situation, they better be prepared for this:

Just remember, she did not leave her psychopathic husband to be romantically involved with Musk. She works for him in a professional manner. Either way, very poor decision making on her part, both personally and professionally. There is not enough therapy that could fix that.

Trump defers to all the truly sadistic and psychopathic members of his senior advisory counsel when it comes to decisions like this. So Stephen Miller is in charge of all immigration decisions, and Trump is just the public face to regurgitate Miller's wishes.

As long as MAGA is brainwashed and drug addicted to Trump, the entire country will never become fully conscious. Fortunately, sanity remains in the majority of thought, and there are still plenty of non MAGA citizens who are not conscious yet ready to become aware.

Of course we should, as a matter of public record. @lawrenceodonnell.msnbc.com grilled Mike Lee's staff last night when he read a letter from Tina Smith's staff about Mile lee's insensitive comments.

Republican Senators are incapable of holding their own members accountable, and Utah voters will never vote out someone like Mike Lee. I want this as much as everyone else who has a conscious, but MAGA voters don't care about conscious as much as they do about owning the libs.

Yes. Different standards. If your media is owned by someone terrified of Trump, you can expect to be fired for telling the truth. If you are a Republican Senator, you will never ,ever be held accountable for despicable behavior.
