No. The evidence is definitely not limited and is overwhelming in favor of gender affirming care in youths. Also puberty blockers are reversible and permanent procedures have extremely low regret rates.

Learning how to solve differential equations before learning the more plug and play formulas for hydrology was hugely beneficial in understanding the ‘why’ behind the formulas. Same goes for physics

It’s exhausting that we are still focusing on optics rather than standing up for what’s right.

I honestly thought Alex Jones had died. No real reason, except that he looks like someone who would have blown an aneurysm by now

Having to fact check AI responses would take more time than just looking up the info from primary sources in the first place. Which is why I don’t use AI

Also- hormone blockers are REVERSIBLE. They are NOT permanent. Once you stop taking them puberty resumes. So they likely lead to less need for surgical intervention if started early enough to prevent secondary sex characteristics from developing. Meaning these lawmakers are full of shit
comment in response to post
The rhetoric from these trans-hating lawmakers is having direct consequences on trans kids. Even in liberal areas like Seattle, many pediatricians who used to offer hormone blocking therapy no longer are doing so in fear of retaliation. This undoubtedly will lead to more deaths via suicide.

As long as dems prioritize optics over actually doing the work to help their constituents, they will continue to lose

Not to mention the federal loan caps on undergraduate loans at $50k and professional school at $150k. Average medical school costs are over $250k which means that this will be a huge loss for med schools, vet schools, dental schools and these professions in general
comment in response to post
It will also set borrowing limits for federal student loan borrowers. $50k in total for undergrad and $150k for professional degrees. This will completely destroy med schools and dental schools

For all of you shitting on rural folk, remember that many Latine, indigenous, and LGBTQIA people live in rural areas and instead of being written off for the sake of your rage, need your support more than ever as they live in increasingly hostile environments
