The thing that annoyed me about Biden's (idiotic) attempts to look impartial during the Jan 6 Trump investigation was this - Republicans were ALWAYS going to accuse him of weaponizing DOJ. Regardless of what he did or to whom.

Anyone who wants to tell me about the rights guaranteed by the #Constitution needs to remember this: The Constitution is a piece of paper. If people decide they want to ignore it then it means nothing. You have no rights if agents of the state can detain you indefinitely for no reason.
