My mom was surprised that the kids she knew, her nieces, as well as their friends, were/are terrified of police. She grew up with an Andy Griffith idea of law enforcement. We grew up knowing that Rodney King, George Floyd, Brionna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and more are not isolated incidents.

Had the memorial service for dad this afternoon. While it was very religious overall (not my thing, but definitely his), it was a beautiful tribute to how many people's lives he touched. About 250 family, friends, clients, and vendors either came or watched the church's first livestream attempt.

Saw Lilo & Stitch earlier today. I agree with many others that it's one of the best Disney live-action remakes to date. And if you're an Elvis Presley fan, great music, too!
