It's common practice around here to see paddocks slashed except for a small patch in the centre where plovers are nesting, it's not much but it's a start. Well done that man.

Excellent but it still galls that such a grifter has wormed his way back into the trough. Keep up the good work. Cheers.

Mind you if the LNP had won the election we probably wouldn't even know that it had been extended, they probably wouldn't have bothered asking.

I will neither forgive nor forget his treatment of Ms Triggs, an outstanding Australian in every way that Brandis isn't. I think we missed an opportunity to make her Governor General.

Accepting it and doing anything about it are apparently 2 different stories.

He had a chance to set Australia on a 21st century path instead he let Abbott revisit 1950 on him. I'll never forgive or forget either.

Actually, anything by Ben Elton is worth a read.😀

Ben Elton's novel Blind Faith is worth a read just for the insider knowledge of how algorithms and those who use them are used to manipulate people by provoking outrage. Time Meta and its ilk were retired. There is a high likelihood that these male personas live in Eastern Europe.

my biggest concern (apart from no rain at all) is a flash flood, not taking the time to soak in and then removing any topsoil.

makes me want to know the deal Turnbull agreed to even more.

Absolutely Howard, though I remember Abbott being described as Howard's love child with Bronwyn Bishop. Totally believable.

I've been a massive fan of Bruce since the early 70s, I will admit that I'm not a fan of Taylor Swift's music but she is an outstanding human being and while I'm not a fan I am an ardent admirer. Trump is a vicious idiot.

The difference is that Biden was surrounded by experienced and talented staff, Trump has surrounded himself with the detritus of a civilised society, none of whom would be allowed within 100 m of a school.

The sadly missed Sean Lock publicly thanked Jools Holland for letting him see many emerging bands, thereby preventing him from buying their awful music.😀

2 ambulances officers in my old seaside town delivering an elderly gentleman to palliative care, backed the ambulance up to the edge of the beach and opened the back doors for him to see his beloved beach for the last time. He died the following day.

I first voted in the 1969 election & I have never seen such a collection of untalented, entitled bigots that the LNP is today and has been since Howard, who at least a couple of people who could find their arse with just one hand. Though Howard did remove them all on his way 2 trashing the country.

Removing Trump and his administration is only a short term solution, the Press needs a complete renewal as well. This is truly frightening.
