I understand your frustration. Not knowing is. Btw, my daughter just got her PhD from Brown. Research runs in the family. We should encourage questions to get to answers. Peace.

My career is in loss mitigation. Trust me, I've seen many reasons for one losing their home. Sometimes they turn over the keys. All I am saying is we don't know her problem, and until we do it is difficult to help.

But some of it is true... according to the CLC, section 70302 gives the govt the ability to avoid contempt charges from a judge.

They lived in her basement. Her daughter was a drug addict. They spent the money on drugs. He is dead now and she is still caring for her daughter. Giving them shelter has not resolved the problem. It's just moved it to my cousin.

So the solution? Give her a home? Give every homeless person a home? Then you are not solving the underlying condition. I prefer to try to help them find a home. Provide them with financial planning. For all we know she may have money. My cousin's son-in-law made $400 a day panhandling.

Agree. But how do you help her if you don't know the cause. If you have a medical issue, your arm hurts, the healthcare provider tries to identify what is causing the pain so they can prescribe the correct treatment - surgery, rest, PT, etc. Problem solvers need to know more to solve the problem.

How in the world is the stock price increasing. It's risen over 50% in the past month. Seems fishy.

Companies buying up the market is a problem, for sure. But again, we are speculating. Maybe she is a drug addict, or gambled her savings away? Without understanding how she got there it's difficult to help.

Can you please introduce a bill that takes the House and Senates life long health insurance away, when we vote them out of office, so to endure the same challenges the rest of us enjoy. If I lose my job I have four options:
- Get another job with insurance
- Go on Cobra
- Buy private
- Go uninsured

So if that is what created her specific problem, maybe she needs to move to a more rural part of Florida and live in a mobile home?

Only when we look at the reason she is there can we address the problem. It is a terrible situation, but as a Florida resident I can share that it is no longer an affordable place.

Maybe he could write a book about the medias lack of reporting, acknowledging, or admiting, that Trump is a narcissistic, pathological liar? How his team and party denies it. And YOU wouldn't report or fact check him on his bold faced lies? Now that's a book I'd buy.
