Chatbots — LLMs — do not know facts and are not designed to be able to accurately answer factual questions. They are designed to find and mimic patterns of words, probabilistically. When they’re “right” it’s because correct things are often written down, so those patterns are frequent. That’s all.

So, can someone explain to me how JJM’s neorealist theory can account for a regional/global hegemon asking for other sub-regional powers to take up the slack? Is neorealism now affirming a hegemon’s choice to move towards multipolarity??

Weird to call the "coverup" of Biden's decline 'worse than Watergate' as: • It's clearly bulls*** to keep attention on the book • There are actual precedents, e.g. coverups of a) RR's worsening senility towards the end of his 2nd term, b) Wilson's stroke, and c) FDR's deteriorating health in '44.
