that suuuucks bc while true, my doc was like “if paired with a mood stabilizer the risk is low” and so far so good. & just remember: we may love mania, but she is not a good friend. some break ups are a blessing. learning not to love mania anymore is like that.

bipolar I here. i loved the mania! until i stayed up for 3 days & then it was psychosis. finally found the right meds & haven’t had a downswing. also, i take wellbutrin (antidepressant) for adhd, which helps with productivity and is the closest thing i can get to taking a stimulant. would recommend.
