I think we’re pretty relevant. It just depends on who you ask. Ya the middle class and up won’t find us “relevant” because they’re not interested in the working class.

Ya sorry it’s the philosophical concept that our consciousness reflects the objective world and isn’t something independent, and can be changed by circumstance and conditions. It’s the basis for Marxism. Anyways you just said that and it sounded like it.

If you want to judge us on our fight for democratic rights here is the portal for articles on the topic, peruse that and see what you think. www.wsws.org/en/topics/so...

Yes we have! We have defended Momatou Taal for example, Marcellus Williams and other death penalty cases, nurse RaDonda Vaught (we were at the rally at the courthouse), Melissa Lucio, all of the people killed by police, UM SJP students attacked by MI AG, whistleblowers, and more.

We are defending democratic rights which includes low hanging fruit of obviously horrible people. That’s where the erosion starts. I was on a jury where at least 25 people said they didn’t believe in innocent until proven guilty or the right to remain silent.

Anyone who thinks Beattys work is an impartial look at history should be aware of its Zionist funding, who are aware of Healy as a monumental figure in the fight for Palestine

Do you hold the same ire for Clarence Darrow and his defense of the two murderers? Do you hate any criminal defense lawyer? Y’alls weird obsession with going for mob justice and attacking us for outlining due process is just weird.

I don’t lie to them, and I certainly don’t get satisfaction when nobody’s been emancipated. An injury to one is an injury to all.

“Interpreting Trump through the lens of fascism was compelling but ultimately misleading.” Compelling politics from the DSA. Did you mean let the bourgeoisie talk? Lol

Getting personal satisfaction out of engaging in working class struggles is pretty strange to be honest. You’re proud of the strike support but have you checked on conditions since then or are you just walking around with this badge and that’s it?

We aren’t written by chatgpt thanks, and we are actually students and workers who have been betrayed by the unions repeatedly. Workers have gone on wildcat strikes several times incl statewide teachers, don’t act like it’s some kind of impossibility

“Immediately amebable”? Dude they’re literally labor management, and now they’re selling their services to Trump.

That was a bit unserious. The type of people who like her are the type to say people who voted for Trump are racist or “excused racism” but are perfectly content to not just excuse genocide but actively vote for it and insult anyone who didn’t.

Of course should be studied with Friedrich Engel’s excellent review of the conditions of the working class in England www.marxists.org/archive/marx...

And the democrats and fake socialists are saying none of this is real- or priority- or legal- thereby demobilizing the anger people feel, and normalizing accepting Trump’s plans to crush political opposition to capitalism and inequality.

I just had an interaction with someone who was an anticommunist and also did quantitative data analysis for healthcare- which is the process reviewed in this thread. Not surprising at all.

We’re having a webinar on Trump’s picks which will also go into the attack on public health. Make no mistake that this is the agenda with or without RFK jr

Yes that’s how this is going to go. The working class which has been devastated by the gutting of public education, low wages, and have been exploited by grifters in both parties as tools for their own agendas, will be left vulnerable. But, they’re also the ones with the power to change it.

The US will not fall without taking everyone out with it unless we figure out how to abolish the people in charge of the nukes from political and economic power. So
