Definitely cortado first. The matcha alters the sour / bitter taste of the coffee, often out of the very narrow range of "neither" that I can tolerate. :)

I'm mostly confused why the price range is 11 - 16, but the average is 26. Pretty sure it was an AI generated page.
Other sites say 6k - 12k.

East of Eden is worth the read. First book I ever read twice. I keep coming back to it.
I hope it is a good reading experience for you.

I am excited to try it! My excitement is muted a tiny bit by the anise when I "get it right." π

Oh, I greatly disagree! You know a lot to make this worthwhile.
It's on everyone else to ask good questions! And are we? Unclear. π

This is literally the first bag of roasted whole coffee beans I have ever bought to figure out how to pull an espresso. It said "espresso roast" so I said, "okay."
It smells like my childhood, tbh. A Good Thingβ’οΈ.

How do I convey how dark it is given the unclear lighting details and unknown camera specs (how well it does in low lighting)? It is Sightglass's Owl' Howl.

I'm trying to reduce the sour on this batch of "espresso roast" beans, but it is just sour down to a fine grind and slow pull. What can I do to pull bitter?

What is the mechanism that causes coffee to, you know, help one process their temporary insides to go outside faster?
