Misogyny and hypocrisy abound and that’s part of my point which is hard to express in the allotted characters. Bernie well could’ve gotten away with it. Hillary was afforded no such luxury. Also US politics was never faced the likes of her opponent.

I would call them much worse. That was a strategic miscalculation not a misstatement. It gave ammo to her opponents and they ran with it. It gave credence to the unfair notion and narrative that Hillary thought herself to be superior. Perception is all in this current political environment.

3. Failed to remember that a female/minority candidate in this atmosphere cannot win by running a “good” campaign, but must blow the opposition out of the water so to speak.

Perhaps I expressed myself poorly in this instance. I voted for Hillary, I worked for her campaign, I donated to her campaign (and much MUCH more to Kamala’s). If there were an election every Tuesday, I’d vote either of those 2 over any Republican. It still does not change my perspective on 2016.
