Any advice for someone in this position? Commed an artist months ago and haven't gotten an update. Every time I've reached out they've said that they'll do it "today". Now they've stopped responding entirely...

Wouldn't be good enough by itself. It would only be good going second and requires you to have opened engine + usable non-engine. At this point, any deck doing that is already going places. The best use I can think of is enabling fiendsmith off 1 body with no bricks, but idk if that's enough

A link 3 or 4 reptile pay-off. With reptile pile having access to cards like snake rain and the mitsu cards, + printing bodies through disruption with the ogdo cards, giving them anything better than zeroll+M frame as an end board (especially any type of negate) to go into with random guys is busted

It's crazy that originally I thought that dragon tail and yummy looked way cooler than k9, but now I truly think that all 3 are super well designed and look fun. This could actually be a "buy sealed" set cause all 3 archetypes look absolutely insane

I love mtg but yeah I agree that it's difficulty is way overstated. Like if you want to learn EVERY rule and interaction sure, but to actually play 99% of games it's not that bad

I hope that one day they do well at a major event because the idea of someone stressing out after going like 13-0 like "oh I GOTTA stop big gabonga from or I'm cooked" when they're on yubel or whatever is hilarious
