Sending love, understanding. Wish I had a way to help. The loss of my sister and brothers is very different than you losing Diane, but I remember the shock of realizing I would never see them again. Sometimes I pretend everyone is just traveling, and I will see them again. Helps occasionally.

Missing her must be so difficult. Even when you believe in the "other side" or something like that.. I was missing my sister today and just so bummed out that she died at age 47. She was upbeat and always on the go, maybe a little like D. I had a dream that a friend who died was now an Angel..maybe!

I hope you feel better today. I remember some of those feelings, though my losses don't compare to losing a life partner. I wish I could help. I've lost 2 brothers & a sister, and I believe without a doubt, that they visit occasionally, to help out... (on Monday I said "everything is upside down").

Glad for you that you saw her smile. That's a really beautiful sky. I've seen images in clouds & sky when loved ones cross over. Also many other signs in Nature and dreams, and it's comforting. Usually birds as others mentioned, but once it was a family of Deer. Think of you often.

Maybe some Soup? When I can't eat much, soup feels warm & soothing. Or some protein drinks? I've tried a lot of them and like organic versions. Orgain has non-dairy & dairy, and there's others on Amazon. I experienced a sudden loss years ago,and it overwhelming. Sending love & healing thoughts.
