If you are not sure if your deck is a 4 or a 5, it is almost definitely a 4, same with 1 or 2, if you can't tell, it is a 2

Ephemerate and ghostly flicker are generarely the same interaction, ephemerate gets you 2 flickers a turn apart, so it can flicker the same creature twice. I was just worried it can go infinite, but with only one of these effects in the deck, i am not sure

i built a poison counter proliferate storm style deck without any storm cards in it (cut radstorm for cost reasons), i worried it would be a 4 because infect is that powerful in commander, but after goldfishing, i haven't been able to get my gameplan going by turn 5, so it should be fine

The deck was buolt from a bulk purchase i had a year or so ago, it is under revision and rebuilding as we speak.
