Who's punishing anyone? Costco pays a fantastic wage, has great benefits, and always puts their employees first. I was in the Teamsters and worked in a Union building. Bring away from them is far better. No more Union dues.

It's not. Costco Employee Agreements have always been far superior to any Union contact. Unions do better in companies that aren't treating their employees fair and paying a fair wage.
