Listening to the audio in the video share by AlJazeera it sounds like they may have been storing fireworks in the vehicle. Not that I'm an expert but it sounds a lot like fireworks to me.

Elon bought Twitter because the FTC was coming after him for blatantly and badly manipulating stock prices by pretending he was gonna buy twitter. FTC said either buy the company or go to jail so he made a rushed takeover. Everything else has just been extra garbage on the fire.
