Ich bin in letzter Zeit den Eltern unseres Grundgesetzes immer dankbarer, dass sie uns auf Grund ihrer eigenen Erfahrungen mit dem Nationalsozialismus den Art. 20 Abs. 4 mitgegeben haben.
Vielleicht auch nur, damit wir alles tun, damit es nie soweit kommt.
Bei der aktuellen Entwicklung aber...

Can the daughter file a criminal complaint? And if, where?
Has ICE to give the name of this man?
Of course now ICE will not cooperate, but I hope that doesn't mean that you never could sue ICE.

But there was of course danger for this young people in Germany, too.
The danger of a hateful cardriver just driving through them.
And there is ever a government suing people even when they were sitting peacefully.
But every of this actions was planned thoroughfully. The press invited.

Would regular policemen be allowed to do so? Willingly rip someones skin away?
By some pictures I saw I would rather think that someone of this heavy armed "agents" would loose his nerves and shoot.

Over here in Germany young environmentalists ("Last Generation") glued themselves (their hands) to the streets.
You couldn't just lift them up and carry them away.

I just was about posting the same idea. But it's a dangerous one when push comes to shove and someone decides to use a weapon.
And you would need a good trained group to confuse them or even get away with one they just arrested.

I just wonder, are all the people still filming or have already some started to tear down the masks? Don't let them drive away while perhaps chaining themselves to the car? Having a sit-in in front of the car? Destroy the car tires?

Gute Idee. Funktioniert aber nur durch Einleitung des Verbotsverfahren.
Und wer das Thema leid ist, hat ja z. B. im Nachmittagsprogramm von RTL genug Kontrastprogramm.

Wenn es uns Ernst sein sollte mit einem "Nie wieder" sollte jede einzelne der in diesem Interview aufgeführten Gruppen zur Verantwortung gezogen werden.
Denn sonst dulden wir nur wieder gut funktionierende Beamte, ignorante Politiker und daran verdienende Industrielle.

Wobei Gaza schon jetzt keine schönen Siedlungsplätze hergeben wird. Gaza dürfte eher für unbestimmte Zeit unbewohnbar sein.

Der internationale Haftbefehl läuft über Interpol. Da ist die Schweiz Mitglied.
Es gibt auch einen europäischen Haftbefehl, der gilt zwischen EU-Staaten. Und es gibt Voraussetzungen, was die Schwere des Vergehens angeht. Volksverhetzung im Chat wird nicht ausreichen, Waffenhandel eher.
