GenAI: perfect grammar, sentence structure, & terminology; superficial analysis
Most students: typos, grammar mistakes, & wonky terminology/arguments; usually SOME insight
Good students: always a few typos, grammar errors, wrong words; solid analysis

I agree wholeheartedly. I'd support a UBI to help people meet basic needs, especially here in the Bay Area. (How anyone lives here on min wage is a mystery to me.) Many of the homeless would be able to lift themselves out of poverty, which would benefit everyone.

The fact is that we live in a society, and people cannot just decide to pitch a tent wherever they want. Yes, they need help, but if they are offered help and repeatedly refuse it, there should be consequences.

I agree with you. But offering shelter does not necessarily mean offering only space in homeless shelters. At one point there was a plan to put tiny homes/trailers on some city-owned property to house people. Not sure if that has been shelved. But some people will decide to pitch a tent regardless.
