Just as I knew they would.

"It's going to the best flagpole in all the world. Nobody knows flagpoles like me."

This entire regime is exhausting. It's one asinine thing after another.

This type of behavior is only going to increase since racism is acceptable (and encouraged) by the current "administration"

And to plot revenge.

"I do just want to point out one thing that we all just took away from that, was that the prime minister learned his lesson from the last time he had this kind of interaction with Donald Trump, where it went completely off the rails,"

"If you don't mind, just — I'm going to exercise my role, if you will, as G7 chair, since we have a few more minutes with the president and his team, and then we actually have to start the meeting to address some of these big issues," Carney said.

He's leaving the G7 early, surprise "trump began to rehash his usual talking points, claiming former President Joe Biden allowed "murderers, killers, people from gangs, people from jails," into the United States, the Canadian leader-and host of the meeting which is being held in Alberta-stepped in."

I'd like to add that we don't know who these ICE agents are, it seems they are a rouge bunch. They have a quota of 3000 a day. What to stop them from picking up the wives, kids, and grandparents not working the fields? No good will come from this.
comment in response to post
It's my belief that they won't stop. Seems ICE is enjoying their newfound power, which is fully supported by the regime and the MAGA base. Plus, he lies lies lies....

I live in a major agricultural area, and the workforce is 85% migrant farm workers. It has always been this way. I live in fear for them. People of color in blue states are the target. This is not the America I know. This is why I protest.

Remember this from 9/30/2024... President Donald Trump suggested that “one real rough, nasty” and “violent” day could effectively end crime. {Crime} “It’s rampant. It’s rising,” Trump said, “We have to let police do their job, [even] if they have to be extraordinarily rough.”

I can relate. I "drag my feet" when doing stuff I don't want to

Probably boredom also. If the topic of conversation is anything other them himself, it's really hard for him to stay engaged.

There's nothing like being in a large group of likeminded people. It feeds the soul.

Not the slightest bit funny. You have crossed the line.

My thoughts exactly!

This man sees what he wants to see and disregards the rest. (Sort of a Simon and Garfunkle thing.)

There are a lot of lists about what to take with you, depending on your level of paranoia. I can walk 1 1/2 miles and I'm in the center of town. Leave my keys with a neighbor, take my phone and a water bottle I'm not afraid to lose. My hat and chapstick I'm out the door. Maybe a few $ and some ID.
