The dress rehearsal is over; the curtain has lifted; and it’s opening night of “Suspending Civil Liberties” (aka provoking citizens so your administration can appear to justify martial law). The optics look terrible for this administration but Miller, Noem, etc. make great sacrificial lambs.

I read your @nytimes.com article first and thoroughly appreciate your effort and reporting @sheeraf.bsky.social. I still value the reporting at your paper though I do get frustrated by it as well (especially Canadian coverage).

Says a guy who is avoiding the obvious….the USA has a consumption problem… But like every addict, this administration tendency is to shift blame away from itself.
