I think it’s widely accepted that the definition has changed over time and now pretty specifically refers to “hostility, prejudice, or discrimination against Jewish people”. It’s the suggestion that anyone who dares criticize the corrupt and genocidal Israeli state is antisemitic that bothers me.

I get it, but they’re objectively different things. Antisemitism relates to Jews - it doesn’t provide a zero-criticism shield for the Israeli government or its people (regardless of their religion). The conflation of the two is complicating things enormously.
