[CN] self-censorship around the word "rape" At this rate the TikTok-talk to supposedly avoid shadowbans ("unalive" instead of "kill", "grape" instead of "rape", ...) has become so omnipresent that my first association with 🍇 is no longer the delicious fruit but the heinous crime and I hate that.

A key difference here is that while either can be incorrect, the structure of Wikipedia *creates context* and the structure of LLMs *destroys context* Wikipedia has linked sources and an edit history showing where information came from and who added it when An LLM just generates text

My critique is "They seem useful, but actually suck". A subtle distinction. They SEEM very easy to use, so easy in fact that other methods seem hard by comparrison. SEEMING useful is actually part of why they suck. They trick you into giving up on thinking, searching, finding.
