How does this keep us safe from the Nazis taking over our country? Do better than this performative, ineffective, vote alienating B.S.

It's existed since the first administration and grown exponentially. I don't see an issue with it. Also has great merch.

Just making sure everybody gets that the entire point of this bill is to be able to disarm trans people.
comment in response to post
The point here is to disarm them.

I understand you are grieving the world you thought you lived in, but frankly, we don't have time for you to do that. Please start watching what AOC, Jasmine Crockett, and Al Green are doing and start emulating them. The Dem leadership is failing us all. Do better.

She chinned it. It's hers. Bunny rules 101.

Teresa Borrenpphl is a Democrat who runs against conservative white men. White conservative women hate her and think she should be in jail. The idea they would help her is a fantasy, as was they idea they would ever vote for a liberal woman of color.

So the five points should all be about cost savings.

You aren't dumb, you just aren't talking to the right people. Call Jose Andres.
comment in response to post
Not snarking. I would bet Jose Andres has both ideas and experts at hand to answer this, as it's going to be a multifaceted answer. Call him.

Clement reps a lot of gun companies who are pissed at the administration right now over a freeze on export licenses. This could be interesting.

Paul is an interesting choice. Conservative but smart.

I feel like you are doing more. I wish they'd be more like you, honestly.

I am following them. And I haven't seen them doing anything besides parroting talking points. Did you see that memo Martin put out he called a framework? Apparently it's just gonna be more "Trump is baaaaaad" BS until we are all dead or disappeared.
comment in response to post
This isn't a framework. This is another "Trump is baaaaaaad" memo. We know already! Show us what you are doing. Because if you can't convince the lifelong Dems, you sure as heck aren't convincing anyone else.

I mean, yes?

Who does he thinks actually deport people???

We don't even need a law, this is stuff that is nominally already supposed to be public information.
comment in response to post
We should have that anyway and when they say no, it becomes clear this is not an audit. And yes, this includes contracts for everything, including farmers and military and public health. Make them show us what this supposed waste is. Make them explain why we can't have it.
comment in response to post
Exactly. DOGE is going into databases, including those for government contracts, grants and agreements. That is information that should be public. Call and demand that all the databases that DOGE has access to for these be made public, minus any PII (personal identifiable information.) 🧵

Not sure this helps, but so are they.

How is he different than the older people in the party? He is known foe the party's least popular position that does zero to actually help people. Also he forced out voices of queer and POC women. Not something to cheer here.

Musk was not and it can. Leaving now room for opposition is the coup.

Thank you. That helps us to hear.

Besides sending out 5000 alarmist fundraising emails a minute, what are you actually going to do to fight back?
comment in response to post
Huh so they found the youngest boomer in existence and voted him in? Good to know we will see zero meaningful change.

Being forced out of the conversation by Hogg. I detest him.

Particularly diverse women's voices. He's a disaster of a pick for this.

My kid is heading to a CA state school in two years. I signed.
