Throughout my 26 years of teaching (and even more years in Ministry) I have ALWAYS called people by nicknames (Johnny instead of Jonathan, Rick instead of Ricardo, etc.) or, on occasion, middle names instead of first names. This is no different. chng.it/XYKkJkRSsJ

Elon Musk got $38 BILLION from the US Government. That's the equivalent to $112 for every adult & child in the United States. The USDA has a budget of $500 for emergency food relief. That's less than $2 for every American. But, sure, we can afford Musk's toys but not to keep Americans alive.

2022: "The Supreme Court would NEVER overturn Roe v. Wade!" 2025: "The administration would NEVER take away Social Security!"

One more time for the people in the back.

So, actually, it always was Russia.

This was written about in project 2025

Pass it on. #StandWithUkraine

Donald Trump has disgraced the United States of America in countless ways since he first entered political life ten years ago. But he had never disgraced the nation as badly as he did today. He has brought shame on this country to an extent I had never thought possible. And he has only just begun.

Generations of American patriots, from our revolution onward, have fought for the principles Zelenskyy is risking his life to defend. But today, Donald Trump and JD Vance attacked Zelenskyy and pressured him to surrender the freedom of his people to the KGB war criminal who invaded Ukraine.

Today there will be a critical meeting in the White House with the leader of the free world. Donald Trump will also be there.

Fire management, trail maintenance, backcountry sanitation, etc.: Who can take on these responsibilities, contractors, volunteers? One now-unemployed Forest Service staffer says, no, “There is absolutely no way, with my position being eliminated, for somebody else to step into that role.”

I am participating in the Economic Blackout today, February 28th. In addition to not buying anything, I will also refrain from using any Meta or Google products for the day.

I am quickly discovering that "Cutting waste, fraud, and abuse" is actually code for "I am randomly cutting programs and funding for things I don't actually understand and have no idea what will happen when I do. How bad could it get?" The answer is uniformly bad. VERY BAD

This is absolutely insane. Musk’s DOGE crew just straight up *took* $80 million from an NYC bank account!

👇 In addition to never wanting to hear Lisa Murkowski or Susan Collins being called "moderates" ever again, I never want to hear a single word about national security or foreign policy from Tom Cotton taken seriously by major media outlets or supposedly serious journalists ever again:

1. Trump's immigration crackdown is premised on the idea that the US is experiencing a massive surge in violent crime According to Trump the crime wave is especially severe in cities THIS IS A LIE New data shows crime is LOWER than when Trump left office in 2020, and below pre-pandemic levels

“For the German establishment, the situation was very clear. “A Hitler salute is a Hitler salute is a Hitler salute,” the prominent German weekly Die Zeit wrote in an editorial. “There is no need to make this unnecessarily complicated,” the editorial said.” www.nytimes.com/2025/01/24/w...

"When Mexico sends its people, they're sending their best. They're sending firefighters to help solve American problems. They're bringing fire fighting uniforms. They're bringing fire fighting equipment. They're bringing kittens down from trees. And all, I assume, are good people."

This is irrefutably true. Let’s see how long it lasts.

Top-notch photography is often about choosing the right angle and perspective.

Jimmy Carter was one of my personal heroes. An intelligent, compassionate, kind man who possessed enormous integrity and grace. He is the best man to have ever held the office of president and without a doubt the finest example of any former president once he left the office. His loss lessens us all
