A percentage of the entire police force's wages should be garnished every time one of their officers has a settlement against them. Maybe then they will start to self police each other. One of them fucks up they all pay for it.

The panel COULD HAVE left the TRO in place, given that it's temporary, until the full hearing. Especially given how Trump will use the Federal Officers (formerly CA Guard) this weekend.

The temporary pause doesn’t mean the court disagrees with the judge, it’s just an administrative stay. The panel will make a ruling after fully reviewing the case on June 17. Trump knows our courts move slowly, and he’s exploiting that to his advantage.
