There was a John Oliver episode on teflon some years ago, and that really opened a whole Pandora's box for me!

Bangalore gated communities are mini versions of exclusionary gated communities I saw in Florida, but the exclusion is more in-your-face in BLR ("servants" to use service lift only!!) and the exploitation is more apparent.

That said, the executive and military have maintained a very high degree of professionalism and adhered to the spirit of sovereignty, and even peace; with a strong emphasis on de-escalation.
The political class meanwhile bungled the diplomatic narrative, & didn't leash their media dogs.

..taking decisions or from organising communications.
I don't know what else explains a) the MEA being the focal for press conferences with representatives from the military (instead of MoD), b) the unusual absence of political figures who have historically tried to keep the limelight on themselves

This is stupid. This is why you don't cheer for war. Today it's Pakistani content. Tomorrow it'll be any Indian content they don't like. Soon, they'll infringe on our other rights too.
Demand de-escalation and diplomacy. We don't have to lose anymore lives before we regret it.

The Ghorman Massacre is clearly inspired by events such as the Jallianwala Bagh Massacre, Mau-Mau rebellion... Warsaw, Hungary in 1956... my god.
It is good to see historically literate television.

It's strange how a whole bunch of PR material has been prepared to time with the press release from MoD. Maybe not that strange considering their obsession with controlling narratives over actually delivering.
