Much of that is because they still trust media outfits to report news, not spew opinion. That is key in many respects, older people trust information presented to them as news. #murdochenquirynow

Agree with that. You can say many things about Gladys in NSW, but without her I don't think he would have finally moved to get vaccines. That and Kevin Rudd working hard to get them into the country.

No. But lessons around self sufficiency regarding vaccines and medicines more broadly is a key lesson. As well as faster responses to avoid longer lockdowns.
