Yes and I wear N95 or KN95masks, as do most people trying to protect themselves these days. It's 2025. Why do you assume people mean a surgical?

The three separate *whats* were three potential charges of assault. He was arguing that because the case *could have been* prosecuted as three separate crimes that the assailant deserved consecutive sentences despite the fact it was technically considered as one crime.

Because I'm a sucker for punishment, I watched a much longer clip from the livestream.
There was a recent case that the judge believe established a new precedent and they were hashing it out. It was all about the timing of offences and evidence because the case was an appeal on sentencing.

I've long agonised over supporting a chain like Chemist Warehouse, which subsidises the medication I use by normalising and retailing rampant bullshit. I am literally profiting off the poor suckers who think that this must be fine if it's sold next to actual medications.
