I regret to inform you that ackman is at it again

These two psychos have access to all your personal data, by the way.

And even more cuts to come: Procter & Gamble said it expected to cut 7,000 jobs ...Other companies that have announced job cuts this year include Workday, Dow, CNN, Starbucks, Southwest Airlines, Microsoft and Facebook parent company Meta. apnews.com/article/unem...

Quay Crowner believes she may have been targeted for dismissal because she attended a DEI training program offered by the first Trump administration. However, she says white colleagues who attended the same training hadn’t been pushed out. By @davidmcswane.bsky.social‬

The only justice in America at this point will come from the American people. You better start rising up. Big time. Civil unrest. Civil disobedience. In Big Beautiful numbers.

The Reorganizing Government Act is a longshot in the Senate, but that could change — and so would the separation of powers

David Hogg is spending $20 million to challenge Democratic incumbents in primaries around the US. The Democratic establishment isn’t happy. On this week’s “More To The Story,” @davidhogg.bsky.social discusses his attempt to shake up the Democratic Party. 🎧 Listen here: tinyurl.com/yc6k33aj

“What we’re trying to do is say, across the board, Democrats need to stand up and fight harder." On the latest 🎧 More to the Story, gun control activist and DNC vice chair @davidhogg.bsky.social talks about the future of the party—and rattling the establishment.

worth remembering that when Trump announced a travel ban in 2017, people literally went to airports to protest. Eight years later, Trump announces a new one and it's not even front page news. We're the frogs and the water is getting awfully hot.

I think we’ve reached a boiling point when it comes to ICE. Today in Minneapolis, a militarized task force raided the beloved Lake Street taqueria, Las Cuatro Milpas—and the community was not having it. Agents from ICE, the DEA, FBI, ATF, IRS and HHS rolled up looking like they were ready for war.

San Diego neighborhood makes ICE agents retreat

Media can be considered an accessory to FASCISM....and prosecuted.....

“One more question, sir. You wrote a book about the former president's cognitive issues, but the current president posted that the former president was executed in 2020 and replaced by a mindless, soulless robot with cancer. What am I missing here?”

SERIOUS QUESTION: What is going on with all these “officers” in tactical gear for a routine traffic stop—with no clear identification? They seem like imposters. And what’s up with that ball cap?

Wow—this is what community looks like. It’s heartwarming to see locals rally around Buona Forchetta after it was raided by ICE on Friday. In the face of fear and cruelty, San Diegans are showing up with solidarity.

"'If they attempt to deport the Afghans, you’re going to see actual physical conflict between U.S. veterans and ICE,' he predicted..." www.washingtonpost.com/national-sec...

It’s almost like it’s a personal grudge or something.

Well payed, Harvard, well played. Harvard offers FREE American Government course.

Holy shit. Trump lied to cadets at West Point saying he had to leave abruptly and couldn’t shake their hands because he had to deal with China and Russia. The motherfucker went golfing.

Trump’s latest retaliatory cancellation of all of Harvard’s federal contracts (whatever the harm to national security!) erases any doubt that he is trying to punish Harvard with a Bill of Attainder that the Constitution would forbid as a usurpation of Judicial Power even if Congress went along.

Never again means never again for anybody.

CBS reporter Scott Pelley: This is a warning that I fear many will look back on in five or six years and think “he was so right”. If you haven’t already shared this, please do.

Stop the @bsky.app bashing. We’re all under a tremendous strain. We’re not perfect. I block when I need to, but ignore most foolishness. Don’t become goaded into leaving a platform that’s doing almost all the right things. To organize for 2026, we need to stay in communication w/each other.

Rock History 👏👏👏👏😎💙 Mick Jagger to produce biopic on rock pioneer Sister Rosetta Tharpe 🚨 “I’m so thrilled to be a part of telling the story of the trailblazing singer and electrifying guitarist, she reshaped music history and influenced countless artists”

Sounds like someone just found out how many Michelin stars Rikers has.

To honor the memory of all veterans, we on E Street remember this live performance of "The Wall" — filmed in 2014 and dedicated to veterans, friends, inspirations and a bandmate lost too soon: Ray and Walter Cichon as well as The Castiles' drummer, Bart Haynes.

Today is the day we honor those who died overseas stopping the same thing many of you are ignoring here at home--fascism.

Let’s send 1,000 letters to Congress over the next few hours, telling them to stop Trump’s authoritarian and wasteful military parade. Send your letters here:

Fascism was once a settled matter…

Not sure if democracy remains on the docket? My law firm is litigating 53 voting and election cases in 22 states. When we fight, we win.

‘They say, We leave you our deaths. Give them their meaning.’ —Archibald MacLeish Remembering the fallen this Memorial Day, we can consider our own duty to strive so that our lives and our country are worthy of the price they paid.

Good morning from @altyellonatpark.org Today's for all the guys who didn't make it home. And all the families left behind.

Whatever you’re doing today, please stop and take a moment to remember what today is for. All gave some; some gave all.

BREAKING: In a stunning moment, renowned journalist Scott Pelley just highlighted how Donald Trump is working to stifle free speech in America, and how he plans on fighting back. This is huge.

On Memorial Day, we remember the sacrifices that our men and women in uniform and their families have made to preserve our freedom. May we always strive to honor the strength and resolve they’ve shown our country.

Let's hope this is just the start.

I’ll say this and then I’m gonna step back b/c 2026 IS THE ONLY NATIONAL ELECTION THAT’S IMPORTANT NOW. No Dem presidential candidate wins w/o high Black turnout & vote. So stop making it like Black voters are expendable or that you can serve up any candidate chosen by Pelosi, Clooney or MSM & win.

Targeting a private educational institute because it won’t conform its governance and curriculum to what the state wants is…communist.

Amazing

Enjoy the entertainment at the cemetery.

In fairness to Kristi Noem, if she knowingly worked to keep Kilmar Abrego Garcia falsely imprisoned, she needs to be ARRESTED for Conspiracy to commit that enumerated federal offense, not just forced to RESIGN. Hey, I don’t make the rules here—Congress does. In this case, they’re criminal statutes.

Back before the Internet, we thought the reason for human stupidity was the lack of information options. I’ll put it this way: That wasn’t it.

'‪UHC managers pressured nurses to have patients change their code status to *Do Not Resuscitate* even when patients had clearly expressed a desire that all available treatments be used to keep them alive.' Healthcare should never be a for-profit business model www.theguardian.com/us-news/2025...

Not only was the promise not kept, it’s like it never happened. We get it, there aren’t enough votes to pass real reform. Most of us are pragmatic—but to just drop it completely? To stop even talking about it, like it’s been erased? That’s the part that hits the hardest for me.

We make jokes about this sometimes because it’s laughable. But when journalists try to make sense of the nonsensical, rational out of the irrational, and coherence out of the incoherence, they affirmatively do the public interest great harm.

HARVARD PROF David Armitage: “We’re being made an example of by Trump — authoritarians across the world go for the universities first, because they’re set up for freedom of thought and provide critical opposition.”
