Having joined my first Vipassana course this year (My first real dive into any serious meditation), I also hope you expand more on the retreats/practices you've engaged with. Of course, the experiences are deeply personal, so I mean more of an overview - not that you should be revealing all!

Thanks Nate for posting such a heartfelt and beautiful poem.
I have come to recognise that poetry is a medium of communication/connection/passing of knowledge, that I dismissed for far too long.
Publications such as @mptmagazine.bsky.social , and many guests on your show have sparked a flame.

Getting straight to the nub of the matter, as always. However, other 'yeast extract' options do exist.*
*I am in no way sponsored by Meridian.......yet.

Legend for pushing for this. Although, I am still disappointed that @chrisgpackham.bsky.social hasn't published a climate related 'cocktail book'......for drinking purposes, of course 😉.

Thanks for flagging this @davidho.bsky.social. I fear that people have already become immune to these sweeping changes, without appreciation of the impact on a global level.

Leave badgers out of this! They have enough of a hard time of it as it is.

Hi TGS and @natehagens.bsky.social. I have heard you speak a lot about 'Dunbar's Number', and so I wondered if you have reached out to have Prof.Dunbar on the show? I have had the good fortune to share multiple meals with him, and he is (in my experience) an excellent human.

The most difficult thing about cycling through Paris two days ago, was failing to see you @davidho.bsky.social in the flesh.
But, we did have an excellent couple of weeks cycling trough France with daily access to fresh baguettes in even quite small villages. Fantastic stuff.

A belated 'Gratulerer med dagen!' to you @jonathanrowson.bsky.social. This was a lovely piece to have taken the time to write, and share.

Ah, disappointed (in myself) to have completely missed this. It does indeed sound like there would have been much to ponder.
So glad that such things are ongoing in the local area.

Yip, a beautiful morning indeed. Keep an eye out for Sea Eagles too! (NB: Attended an excellent talk on the birds known to be in East of Scotland at The Larick Centre in Tayport last night).

A relative of the 'wild haggis' perhaps?
